I was wondering if you could do a video for the rules of the South beach diet and what you follow. Can you have bread at all on South Beach. I need to order a copy and it will take 2 months or so to get to Australia, blah!! Can you give some tips on what your eating.

Hihi, do you think the HCG really works better than South Beach? I'm on atkins and loosing everyday but have been thinking about startng HCG but don't know if it will work any different or better. Any thoughts? Thanks K
@supakb20 well I have done it both ways and almost every diet there is ha ha and I think South Beach is superior to all of them or even a low g.i. type diet. I am doing it with HCG because I see the most results that way. HCG fools your body into believing that you are preggo so you go into survival mode to feed that imaginary fetus and you use your abnormal fat as fuel which shapes your body very quickly.
You just got to do whatever you need to for you...we are all here to lose weight and everyone needs to do whatever makes them lose it. And your video's are great :)

@suzyhcg I have only kept track of calories a few times while on P2 and I seem to come out at around 700 calories a day. I follow the guideline of the protocol with one fruit, veggie, protein but, I also add south beach approved things and just keep calories as low as possible so I will add fat free sour cream and add veggies not on protocol but, lower sugar type things.
ur vids don't suck! I just started watching your vids recently but compared to your earlier ones you look ten years younger and u look great!! I also don't weigh my veggies or meat and I lost 25 my first round
@IlovePrettythingz pretty much doing it with HCG because the original protocol is one protein, one veggie, and one fruit from a very small list of foods. I expand my list of foods by using South Beach approved foods and I also mix my veggies which really freaks a lot of people out. I find that to be really funny but, others seem to be offended by the mixing.

You go, Barb! I use balsamic vinegar too. Everybody's different and when you've got a round or two under your belt you know what you can tolerate and what you can't.
