don't buy this phone. the keys are cheap and horrible. my spacebar doesn't work after 6 months of regular use, and the back of the phone always falls off if I'm carrying it in my pocket. it has a 150 character limit for texts as well.

I'm sorry, but this is an absolutely horrible phone. From my experience at least. Upon loading the phone facebook and msn automatically load making the start-up process incredibly slow. Also, the phone in general is really slow. Also, random problems such as the phone shutting off on its own frequently are a pain in the rear. There is no reason for this phone to be so horrible. Anyways, from my experience I would not buy this phone again.

i have this phone its horrible im stuck with a 18 months contract it is very laggy and slow taking some times up to 3 seconds to open up a mesage or disconnect a call its also to slow for you so if ur trying to disconnect a call u can end up opening a app- the internet button is also put in place that you can accidentally press the button very esily on accident trust me my bill came 60 pound when it was supposed 2 be 10 pounds monthly- sorry about my english-dont get this phone

After i watched this review i went out and bought it... the BIGGEST mistake of my life! i didnt listen to my friend after she told me about the problems that comes with the phone.. i did not damage the phone what so ever, i called "koodo" thats the cell company i bought it off of, they said it will cost me $50.00 to get another phone. but you all have to find out for yourself. if the phone didnt have any problems, it would be an excellent phone that is a rip off of the blackberry.

I've had this phone before. I thought it was pretty good. The typing on it is really easy. I didn't find it that slow, maybe a little bit. But I've also owed 3 crackberries and they were pretty much the same speed. In my opinion. not to mention this is actually affordable and not over priced like most cell phones these days.
