    WATER THEN TOOTHPASTE!

    gawd =[ thats how i've always done it.. water to wash any germs off the brush which may be on it seeing as it dries and goes warm most likely.. it'd be a feeding ground for germs*if there was anything to feed on o.o* then put the tooth paste on.. and i dunno why put i put it under the tap again lightly.. not washing any of it off but its a habbit, guess im being super sure D= but yeah.. best to wash it first.. seriously D=
