i need to bring my pecans to wherever you are at 1.82 a pound lol i've been gettin 1.25 a pound here in southeast alabama which is still pretty good. a lot better than last year. i've been lookin into rentin a tree shaker cause my arm is about sore from throwin ball bats in the trees. do you know about how much it costs to rent one?

@Tyler9603 I don't really know how much it would cost to rent one. We borrowed the one in the video for free, because a couple welds were broken, so we just fixed those and called it even. I guess it really just depends on the owners need for it and their generosity

How does the tractor skake the tree? Do you set the pecan tree into vibrations?

@WernerS01 The shaker uses the tractors PTO to turn a slightly off balance flywheel. The shaker uses a hydraulic cylinder to squeeze the tree. And yes, the whole tree shakes which causes the pecans to fall out of their hulls and drop to the ground. And feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
