The helmet is adjustible you know. I have the same one and I used to get headaches too. Until I put it on my head an loosend the adjusting screws so it could loosen up. I still use it today and it feels great, try it! :)

@AHADTV1 Well its definatley not a scam because a skill pad is awesome for shooting off ice... It obviously wont feel EXACTLY like ice because thats impossible ... but if you can get your hands on some Jig-A-Loo, spray it with that and it'll come pretty close
