But in this video, it seems like the person is washing her hands at home. That's different! And it is not said anywhere!! During the scrubbing, you have to turn off the water!
Okay she may be washing her hands at home, but she's showing people who need to study for EXAMS IN ORDER TO PURSUE A CAREER IN THE MEDICAL FIELD, how to correctly wash hands. Yeah it may be stupid, but that's how they do it!!

funny because im am currently studying medicine and that isn't how we were shown to wash our hands? is there a reason you were taught to wash your hands that way?
