I feel like an idiot, because I never realized that the scene where Miku is standing with the sunset is actually the rooftop and that it's the same scene that repeats over and over hinting at Rin standing behind Len. orz

She tells Rin not to make the same mistake she did. Then Rin hugs Miku crying, and Miku for first time smiles in the whole PV. Finally the PV's end shows to Kaito in a wheelchair along Luka, confirming that he was attacked by Miku and survived too. Also, the PV shows Rin and Len together in the end as well leaving ReAct in a seemingly "happy ending."

She does not know how to smile anymore and she does not accept Len's help because she does not want anymore people involved. On the other hand Rin is about to repeat the same mistake that Miku made in ACUTE in order to get Len to notice her, suicide.

In a final confrontation between Len and Miku in the hospital's roof, Miku glimpses to Rin approaching with a knife in her hands, confirming her suspicions. Seeing that the story is repeating again Miku finally reveals what happened in ACUTE.

Her memories of ACUTE haunt her and she is still wearing the ring that Kaito gave her. Rin, at first believed that eventually the situation would be resolved quickly. However, the more Len's involvement of trying to help Miku lingers, the more Rin becomes impatient and jealous.

Miku is incapable of freeing herself from the past as she still has an attachment to Luka and she is still in love with Kaito (wearing her engagement ring as proof).

and this is for all those who are saying they hate Len or Miku in this story which obviously they don't get. The songs starts showing to Miku in a hospital, she survived her attempt of suicide and is in recovery after the incident, there she meets to Len. Len attempts help her, but to no avail. Miku is already aware of the relationship between Rin and Len and does not wish for history to repeat itself.

@NoLifeNed In Acute, Miku, Kaito and Luka were best friends. Then Miku and Kaito started going out but Luka and Kaito were also going out with eachother. Miku found out and went to Kaito's (or Luka's) house and saw them together. She stabbed Kaito and stabbed herself.

Rin, Len's Girlfriend, thinks that Len likes Miku and tries to go kill her but Miku tells her about what happened in Acute. Rin decides not to do anything then becomes friends with Miku and gets back together with Len. Then we see Miku finally smile. We also see that Kaito survived and is under the care of Luka.

@ShinyCelibi12 In ACUTE, Kaito, Miku, and Luka are friends. Miku and Luka both fall in love with Kaito, though, and he just messes around with both of them. In the end, he chooses Luka, so Miku tries to kill [not sure who she was trying to kill]. She realizes that she loves both of them as friends, so she injures herself [and Kaito].

In ReACT, she's recovering and meets Len, who wants to help her. She doesn't want to explain anything, though. Rin gets jealous because she loves Len, and...

@PrincessAnime172 Basically, Miku (green hair) was in love with Kaito (blue hair) but Kaito and her best friend Luka (pink hair) were meeting each other behind her back. Feeling betrayed she had attempted to suicide and kill Kaito so that Luka would have nothing left since then she would lose her friend and lover. Unluckily, Miku survives along with Kaito. Miku then gives up Kaito and love altogether because its always trickng her. Then one day she meets Len (blonde dude) who comforts her.

In the end, Miku is stabbed and is near death. Rin smiles and is really happy that Miku is dying, but then Miku tells Rin about what had happened to her before she had met Len.

@winglessfallenangel1 I think what happened is that miku met len after a failed relationship with Kaito (coz luka stole him) she then began a relationship with him and i think when it says engagement it means meeting rather than getting married and that rin and len were either going out or that they were just good friends rin then got jealous because she wanted len all to herself so she killed miku i think thats what happened anyway ;D

In this song, it showed she failed to die or kill him (he's shown withy Luka at the end in a wheelchair). It's about her deep regret for her actions. In the hospital she meets Len, who is in a relationship with Rin. You can decide for yourself whether Len and Miku fall in love or just become friends as Len helps her
