Its portuguese, and it's 'Ai caramba' not 'Ay caramba'. (Im brazilian). 'Ai' stand for 'Ouch' and 'Caramba' is a slang which means 'gee' or 'geez' also sounds like 'oh my!'. It's pretty used among us brazilians that live in Minas Gerais state, we usually say it when something unexpected happens, or when something goes wrong. Please just thumbs up this so other people may know it
