what direction take a pill a day a monkey can follow those directions but i took the same pills and it really doesnt matter what time of the yr you take them at , i lost 27 pounds in 2 weeks unbelivable right ? i worked out constantly day after day but these pills are really good....i didnt even have the whole month supply, but sweetie you can tell the weight difference in your face from the other videos you have...

I just want to say be sure you are getting the REAL pills and not the cut up fakes they have now. Hope you didn't get fakes. You don't need to take pills... eat 5 times a day a little bit and when you are hungry again then drink tea!! It really works...
