@Hauntedman1 grievous was a bad ass swordsman in the original clone wars cartoon. He beat two council masters and a couple other jedi all at once in his original debut, and then two masters again later on. He is a coward of course, and ambush/intimidation are important parts of his strategy for beating jedi, but he was skilled and inteligent.

Then he sucked in the movie, and lost badly to a freakin padawan in the shit clone wars cartoon.

General Grievous would have won if he's a robot with enough CPOU to use 4 lightsabers differently. There are several moments when Grievous blocked Obi-Wan's lightsaber with 2 and the other 2 stayed idle, which could have inflicted serious damage if used more wisely.

Funny thing about star wars: Force users almost never just defeat enemies with the Force. Always the flashy lightsaber duel. The Force is the real power to be reckoned with, and Obi-Wan could have sent Grievous into a cliff, followed by a thousand boulders falling on his head, had he only used the Force.
