  • miss class na I have to watch this video

  • Does evolution begin on big bang level? According to Theory of Probability (look wiki pedia - the infinite monkey theorem ) it was impossible to create Intellect Existence by the chance during as short time as 14 billions years after big bang So, there are two opportunities 1 If big bang is true theory then must be an intellectual beginning inside it 2 If big bang is not true then according to Probability Universe has chance not zero but nearly zero to creat Intellect Existence
  • Why do intelligent people respond to morons?

  • Why so many dislikes of this video? It looks like a bunch of uneducated bible thumping, creationsists who are in denial of the proven scientific theory of evolution and who still believe in the fairytales of the bible viewed and disliked this video.

  • I bought the DVD set of this series way back over the winter holidays in 2003, but recently watching through the series for the first time in years all of a few weeks ago, I was emotionally moved enough to start an article on different facets of evolution. Coming off of a playthrough of Chrono Trigger certainly didn't help matters.

I personally thought that the intro became more and more inappropriate from episode 4 onwards, and the one on religion felt more like bonus material.

  • The theory of religion is only a theory...

  • @Emaniac69 As is the theory of gravity. Keep that in mind the next time you fall flat on your face.

  • Not to be disrespectful but geeze. Shots of dirt and boring words?!! Watch "The Incredible Human Journey" instead. Seriously. It's an amazing video series. Also the host is gorgeous and incredibly intelligent.

  • africa? so we're all niggas?

  • @Ivin3690 your great great great great great great grandmother sucked monkey cock

  • @mikesomething cant say she didnt.

  • Religion = The Mind's Big Crunch == new documentary coming up in the next years..can't wait for that

  • Wow, so b4 we discovered fire/heat..we ate meet raw. Change. Thank Goodness, we as humans of today, are not the end result of our species. It gives me hope.

  • Every stitch of me can be found some where in this vast universe, b/c I am star stuff. I am carbon based. There are no elements in my body that can not be found in the universe in some measure.

  • At some point in there lives these people did not have to worry about survival it was everyday life. Just like us today trying to make it in our everyday and still have time for our own thoughts, not the worry of living. We still make time for our own thoughts today yes? we want to show everyone else who we are, so we create things for everyone else to see>>>>>>> Youtube

  • Interesting video TeamDarwin!

That's where the garden of eden was

and adam and eve by africa/the middle east.

  • evolution is fascinating. we are living in a very comfortable age, but evolution never stops and we will become very different in some time.

  • where was this?

  • At 10:34 How does this guy know that our ancestors didn't have the sort of creativity that we moderns believe we have based on nothing but a tiny number of fragments and a lot of gratuitous guess-work? This guy has no idea what our ancestors felt or thought or experienced or believed or hoped or feared.

  • I'd love to buy a genuine ancient necklace

  • lol and why are arab muslims rich? because they have higher IQs or because they are living above fields on oil??

  • Your latter hypothesis is correct. There was the Islamic golden age, but that has long since passed and now they feel inferior to us westerners in terms of technology and scientific development.

  • I love Liam Neissan's voice!

  • "creationism VS evolution", a false dichotomy

  • Agreed.

The teachings of the abrahamic religions VS evolution, on the other hand...

  • 60 000 yrs ago out of Africa? I thought it was closer to 80 000 years

  • grah - Out of Africa was 70,000 years ago (although it's difficult to be sure). This would mean the emergence of behaviourally modern homo sapiens sapiens as a multi-regional occurence. That might look like the hand of God and it could well be.

Another explanation could be like when the timing belt goes on cars after 50,000 miles. Different cars, same models will have their timing belt go within a comparable range. The cars don't talk to each other, but the idea is an interesting contribution.

  • Humans began to behave....I wish Humans would once again begin to behave in ways they have never behaved before. Not discounting the very real importance of this vid. I am always inspired here, thanks Rob. Luna

  • BANG

  • This video is amazing, people from 40,000 years ago draw much better than myself. I am really impressed. Thanks for upload, you're a legend Gravitationalist (names too long!)

  • Wonderful video!!

  • amazing.

  • They might have ower IQ on an average but thats not because of their race you dumbass, its because of poverty, orphans in orphanages have low IQs but when they did an experiment and introduced them to society and gave them better education and more experiences they got very smart, IQ can be built for most people, it is not because of race, gender, or ethnicity!

  • wtf is wrong with you people??? I guess this is why our techknology is advancing faster than our emotional and intelecual minds...we are too stupid to realize that we are ONE race made up of many...idiots!

  • creationism VS evolution...does it matter? the evolutionists have more up to date books and kick ass computer animations. I recently was given a DVD *GASP* on creation VS evolution being pro creation. The video itself is a college lecture and they make a big deal that they have DVD technology.

  • ooo big bad computer tech...Ive see all this before! long time ago, WE had a more advanced science that was lost

  • can u prove this mate? no? i thoguth u might not be able to...

  • "Without Afrika, humanity as we know it might never have evolved."

Beautiful. We should explain this to all the KKK douchebags.

  • That's a load of bullshit, take your racist ideals and spew them somewhere else.

  • it's not an ideal, it's sad reality. walter williams' quote is nice, can't leave discussion of biodiversity to the racists. lower IQ doesn't mean worse person. It does mean more prone to end up in jail. So pretending equality is actually more evil in my opinion.

  • You racist, incestuall hillbilly peice of shit.

You're defending bullshit racist IDEALS and the KKK.

    Real classy bud.

    Fuck Off.

  • Ad hominem attacks, good job. Meanwhile, how many blacks are in jail? You are part of that problem, I'm trying to fix it.

  • you a fucking muslim?

  • lol, of course he is. remebver, they think that if u aint muslim, u r pigs, thus, he can feel all nice with himself for bein racist...

  • Wish I could get the series on DVD.

I didn't even realize some of these discoveries. They don't get much attention on regular news.

  • Thats a great collection of skulls at 8:50. You cant look at that and not see the connection of us to our ancestors over time. We certainly didnt pop onto the world with a puff of smoke looking like Brad Pitt and Angelina in Middle Eastern drag about 4000 years ago.

  • I don't really believe in human evolution but I still think it's interesting

  • definitely more interesting than the alternative.

  • Dont disrespect your ancestors. Just coz they were warm and fuzzy and couldnt speak and behaved like chimpanzees they were pretty incredible. They lived with some really huge odds against survival and met some creatures like we could never believe. Without their efforts in survival we wouldnt be here.

  • Evolution is a fact my friend. This is why man is able to create more breeds of dog than there are flavors of ice cream.

The THEORY of evolution is only supposed to explain WHY we evolve. The theory will grow, some parts of it will be disproven, but overall, it's explaining a fact, evolution.

  • @TheJacolyte Does it mean that all those contained in the what they call "Bible" or other written codes by many religions was just a cunning ruse?.. That there is no God that created man in his own image?.. Therefore religion is a widespread deception that the belief in it is like regarding the existence of dragons, unicorns and other results of man's imagination?.. Am I right??

  • @blssdfall27 Evolution says nothing of the bible. However; I'd say you're spot on.

  • @TheJacolyte I'm referring about the teachings in the Bible and of course, bible rejects and is impertinent from the idea of evolution..xD

  • @TheJacolyte scientifically you can't prove a fact. DUH. It also isn't as proven as people think it is.

  • @TheWhitley09 It is proven. It's at the core of biology. Without the theory of evolution, everything about science we take for granted makes absolutely no sense at all and breaks down completely.

If you understand anything about systems or engineering, the very mechanics of biology itself requires evolution in order to make sense.

In every single cell in your body is DNA, a natural code, and this code changes ever so slightly with each generation. It is observed fact.

    Sorry, it simply is.

  • @raigekimaru are you stupid

  • OMG! This is blasphemy! The Bible said God snapped his fingers and *poof* we sprang into being like daisies out of the ground...ok I'm kidding :) interesting stuff, thanks for the post!

  • incredible i love humans:D

  • Most of the time.

  • just great
