This looks awesome. One question though, does it create a new TFS work item EVERY time the same exception comes in? For example, in the video there was the File Not Found exception. If 1000 clients would have opened up the app on launch day (or maybe they try and open it several times back to back), would each of these "incidents" create a new work item? Or is it smart enough to say that this is the same error, so maybe just increment an "incident counter" field in the work item instead?
