What I don't understand is that if it is in the constitution the right to religous freedom how can it be legal to discriminate and segragate the population this way. It just doesn't make sence......I don't understand how its even possible to win an argument for facism in this day and age its just so black and white to me conservatives are like Nazis and Nazis are evil and liberals care about human rights and freedom and the constitution and thats obviously a good thing. Marriage is a union between a man and a woman, according to all major religious standpoint, and it is blasphemy if otherwise. If gays want to be together as man and man or woman and woman, then used the term legalization. So instead of saying getting married, say getting legalized or something to that effect. However, it is not right for children to be living in such a gay setting, because it sets a precedent and children can be tormented at school and grow up with psychological problems.

Gays will want straight men and women to be gays just like them. Look at those transvestites who fool straight men to believe that they are women when they are not. No wonder they change their bodies to look like women or men. Yes, they want to be accepted in society, but when allowed to do whatever, they multiply in numbers. So, then Jewish or Muslim families shouldn't have children in the US since they only make up about 1% of the US population and their kids MIGHT be subject to torment. They should just choose to be Christian so the kids will be tormented less.

Religion is irrelevant. Marriage is a civil construct, not a religious one. What happens in a church is not a "marriage", but a wedding ceremony. The clergy should not be empowered to declare people married. That's up to the civil authorities. If you want a religious wedding ceremony, fine. Just don't spoil it for everyone else.
