Forget all this talk and listen to the real pros (Phill Taylor) "15 times" World champion, Players who have actually achieved great things in the sport, not from no bodies, I mean...... Who in the hell is this guy anyway???????
It really all boils down to where you as an individual, want to take your game.
this is more confusing than darts itself i was just looking for a few combo's to practice my checking out because all i do most of the time is try and hit the treble twenty and when it comes to checking out it takes like 9+ throws
great game ive got up to 24 so far...another game i like to play is around the board but you only use inside the triple ring and triples count also but doubles and outside the triple ring dose not.... matt
28 is averaging 4 marks per round. It can be tough if you're a beginner or just a little off. Most of the pros even have games where they don't make it to 28. you can always play 21 if 3 a turn is more on your level.
A good FOCUS exercise... hit all 3 in the top half of the board, then the bottom half, then the right-half, then the left-half, then cut it into quarters (20 to bull to 6 is the upper right-quarter) then the lower right-quarter, then the upper left-quarter, then the lower left-quarter. Now once you've done all that then do the same routine but all 3 darts must be within the "triples-ring" Keep in mind that if you miss just 1 dart you must start over. This will help with Focus and staying Focused

What is everyone else scoring here? I'm getting 16 pretty often, but can't get higher yet...

Love that 28 game Darren, not heard of that one before.
Just to point out to most people 28 is a pretty good score so dont be disheartened if you dont get it.
