  • Its funny, I can't tell weather hes really pushing that much weight or if its fake. Yeah I know there are lots of people out there who can, but the bar isn't even bending, the bar bends for me when I only rep 160, and hes got a lot more than that on there.

  • more support for the stomach and back, coleman said he wears he's all the time so i decided to try it, which made my stomach look bigger than it actually was because i had it sinched tight, now I'm leaner, and recovering from a side pec tear, which is taking a minute, but is healing nicely, which explains the long period of time between video post.

  • Its real. There's guy at my gym who benches the same weight. Once he asked me to spot him and I was like "f#%k that shit man, you need a freakin crane to spot that kinda weight!" He got pissed, so I ran.(and I'm not talking about the treadmill)

    Lets say you do ten reps of 70lbs

    The next set you might add in 5 lbs each side to 80lbs, and you might do 8/10 reps

    Then you might add 2.5 or 5 lbs each side again on your next set

    so now you might do 6/10 reps

  • well awalkerog I'm pyramid up to 80% max and start at 60% warming. My max is 500, so 80% is 400lbs for me. I warm up and go 225, 315, and 405.

  • There is a guy in my gym who is this size and the same strength and I know for a fact he is tottally clean no roids at all ever. This guy doesn't look like he uses roids, looks all natural to me. good work impressive weight makes my 220 pound bench look shit.

  • Thanks peopleschamp2011. People throw that phrase, "he's on roids," around so much that it's pathetic. This guy maxc 16 doesn't know me or my family genetics, which is one of the best you can hope for in regards to strength. My dad was a freak , and my older brother has benched 600lbs, and is an inch taller than me. He used to make college football coaches drool over his strength but never wanted to play, so thanks again for being sensible and logic, and if I were on roids hell I'd say it.

  • Wow the brotha has alot of strenght, i couldnt get that strong im almost 6'9 and pretty slender and long in the lims so i dont have a body built for strenght i lift meduim weights to light many reps pyramid training. I lift heavy every once in a while.

  • Well, that's partly true SundiataKeita. You are what are termed as an ectomorph, which means you are slender and long, sure you may not get the look of someone that is shorter but you can get the strength to a certain point, which is really the most important thing. A lot of it is perception because most body builders lift for a look, but many aren't as strong as they appear, so in my opinion strength is the key, and bulk is just a product of the strength, FOR ME ANYWAY
