Jackson wrote several songs which he GAVE to the Eagles for FREE. they turned those songs into hits. This is an all around good guy. Massively talented. Had many heart breaks in his life ,but never stopped being a cool guy
Just Brilliant..... played Jackson Brown endlessly and at full volume on a Transit Coach Tour of Europe in 1977 when this song was released....many happy memories...great era of superb music and JB was right up there at the top.....Thank you for sharing....Lindsay (New Zealand )
I've seen JB in concert a few times and was there at Merriwether Post in Columbia, MD when this album was recorded. Met him once. Really really nice guy. Puts on a hellava show, too even if this is not your type of music. Rock on.
I just love this..From the first note on his Piano..I get goosebumps..Brilliant..and to all the Road Crew who have worked so tirelessly to ensure the Bands are set up and 'on time'..and sounding great...Legendary..Road Crew...We salute you..:)
Kudos..applause..Take a Bow..you are worth your weight in gold...and thankyou Jackson Browne..for acknowledging them...:)
The term "one class act" applies in spades to Jackson Browne. This musical nod of appreciation to the roadies and the not always glamorous but mostly trying rock'n'roll life they all live to bring us all the good times and great memories we love to have when we hear the result of their cumulative works says it all.
I find it is the seventies that has but few artists of merit, not the other way around... but to each their own, we at least agree that this is an exceptional performer delivering an exceptional song
The Afro hair of rosemary butler is awesome.
