This band is the great and famous WITCO Desperadoes, one of the top steeblands inTrinidad and Tobago. I'm surprised that no one seems to know this.

Steel Pan? This group goes by the name of Stix on Steel here at Dollywood during the Festival of Nations (although they were not there the last time I went). You ought to hear them play Rockytop! Outstanding group; I got my CD along with all their autographs. The guy and girl at 2:20 are my favorites (although the guy with the big dreadlocks who normally plays up front can really put on a show too! I don't see him here though...)

I used to play steel pans at school when I was 11. A dude came in with his and taught us a song and then the school decided to get some of their own and start doing lessons. We wernt very good but it was fun. I think they still have them and Im 17 now.
