  • Sorry for the delayed answer. WL is estimated after preflaring with reciproc.

  • @dentonetsk Sodium hypochlorite is safe until it is used in the root canal. After lubricants you can easily remove debris with bubble action. Saline doesn't do anything.

  • @wolfhorsky part 3: And they are also opaque so I don’t see what I want to see, but use them if You like them, You know that they are so many roads to Rome.... As for lubrication I like the pulp first Best regards

  • @wolfhorsky part 2: Regarding lubricants- they are lubricants , if You mean some EDTA based I don’t use them- too short time to be effective, all the rotary files are designed to remove not to push so how deep can You get them into wet canal whre all the time is already some moisture- do You dry canal after each rinsing?

  • @wolfhorsky part 1: One more time

With reciproc and without negotiation – i DON’T DO NEGOTIATION with hand file- I don’t know exact working length- so I use saline to rinse it-massive rinsing ,saline is safe.....before WL estimation

Than exact WL and sodium hypochlorite than,

  • What is irrigation with saline for?
