  • Dont mean to be critical. But terribly incorrect!

  • No 'jing'. Posture wrong. No power

  • I don't see any reason to be angry. Everyone hv the rights of expression to their own style. The Jap dude did reasonably well. All I wish is for martial artists to hv respect for one another as well as respect for various schools. I think it is pathetic to get angry over this video.

  • @junlong0107 Yes! I agree with you that everyone has the right of expressing their own style and I agree that martial artists should respect one another as well as respect for various schools. But this video is obviously misguiding everyone's understanding towards 形意拳.

If you can say "The Jap dude did reasonably well", please explain your reason(s). 你會用形意拳嗎?...Even his breathings, postures and footsteps are ridiculously wrong. Are you sure you know anything about 形意拳?

  • stomp,stomp, that's no way to kill roaches...lol

  • hahah, all i can see is a person with disability who try to make himself looks like a gong fu master. lmao, ps:maybe mentally challenged as well.haha.

  • A lot of angry comments about this video. Let me just say what I have observed about Chinese and Japanese martiial arts. Chinese martial arts evolve quickly: Kung Fu nowadays is different than 20 years ago. By contrast, Japanese try to keep the forms as they were at the origin of the school: when someone changes or adapt those forms they create a new school. Therefore there might be something valuable to learn from the form presented here: a mirror in the earlier days of Xing Yi maybe...

  • I have read all the comments that you guys posted in Chinese. First I have to say, you guys know nothing about it. The only thing I see is discrimination. This form is lost totally in China. Now I find in Japan. Thank you for posting this video.

  • lol. since u say so, i am glad that u wont be exposed to the real stuff ;)

  • this is not xingyi, how on earth ppl call this xingyi?

    come on plz remove this

  • Is this video a joke? Something is wrong with his breathing!! Is his nose stuck? Are you sure this is 真傳?What does Japanese know about XingYiQuan?

  • It was the first time I ever seen this kind of form.

No santishi, and the sounds of the footwork seemed dubbed.

  • ew...

  • This person is performing xingyi as if it were a karate kata. He does not have the body structure of xingyi.

  • My name is Hai Yang(杨海) I have some questions:

1, The person(no hair on the head) is a Chinese or Japaness?

2, What is "嫡傳"(the chinese characters you used in the title of this video? Do you really know the MEANING of Di Chuan???

Please do not delete this message otherwise I will post again.

    Hai YAng
