Those were the days when silage making was so simple and the direct cut was so straight forward ,nothing compared to today's silage making where the grass has to be tethered and wilted before carting in colossal quantities, how times have changed.

I think you are right that it's a 188.......notice the wheel weights on the front wheels....These were quite common on 188's but rarely if ever seen on a 168. it's not a definitive answer but I would put money on it

Great Video. That remindes me of my youth cutting silage with a MF185 and Taarup single chop. Some difference compared with a modern set-up in speed and cost!
