I've watched quite a few videos of young drummers who were definitely prodigies. I have never heard a 10 year old play with this level of maturity and understanding of the drums. He is a beast. Can you imagine him in 5 to 10 years. He's already got videos here where he's playing to Chick Corea without missing a stroke. RYUGA was put on earth to play the drums. I don't discount the massive amount of practice he must have put in to get this good. A joy to watch.

God I want to hate this kid...a clear example of nature vs. nurture. For a 10 yr. old kid to not only have those motor skills but also understanding of complex time sigs is proof that musical talent is passed down thru generations in the DNA.

He was born blessed with the beat and obviously someone took notice and pressed him. I have been playing drums for 25 years and had to work to get good, and this kid schooled me.
