this looks like an altered version of the original one running on an original xbox. where is the start up screen for any actual proof that this is running on an X360 ??

I have had this for around 2 years on my softmodded Xbox...is quite real and has been around since 2003 or so...but the 360 skin came out late 2005/early 2006 I think...it's amazing, everything on XBMC makes it better for everything (except next-gen games of course) than the actual 360...
