I have 54 of Olsen's discs (more than Paul Whiteman who was the most popular) & of those 54, I'd say 15 of them are #1 hits with me. I would never part with them. Another good accoustic era one is Follow the Swallow (Vi 19428) among MANY others.
one of the very last of the accoustic records recorded on Victor (Vic 19633) a toughie to find. The flip side is just as hot (Chas Dornberger..Oh that Sweet in Suite 16) Yeahh!!!
@EdisonSquirrel Again, I knew eventually in spite of all my efforts you'd find it--at least it took a long time. Now that you know, please don't tell anyone, least of all the Little Ramblers. I think it's just about the hottest Olsen acoustical!
when i first got Sax o Phun, it raised a lot of eyebrows around here. Another #1 in my book

@hoss73ford1 Yes, I agree on Swallow as well. In fact, all the Olsen acoustics are gems!

@hoss73ford1 Thanks! Olsen had a much hotter orchestra in these years and this is one of the hottest he did!

How did I miss this one? Don't tel the Little Ramblers that I like this rendition; they might get jealous!
