• The AJ's Phoenix reminds me of Urahara

  • Comment removed

  • At least gumshoe is in the game

  • @thekillersnake94 ... I think you have me out of context. what I was saying is that in the judicial district in which the ace attorney games a set in, gambling is illegal. You learn that in the first case of Apollo Justice.

  • An attorney is someone who always smiles no matter how bad it gets...

  • @DaveTE15 *correction*

'A defense attorney is someone who always smiles, no matter how bad it gets.

The only time you may cry, is when its all over...'

  • @DjT4L

    *Correction*

The only time a lawyer can cry... is when it's all over.

  • since phoenix is not a lawyer anymore, he should gamble because he never lose at poker. yo think about it, phoenix will be winning like 100% and he will be rich like hell.

  • @thekillersnake94 Gambling is illegal in the games.

  • @Zeknif1 new super mario ds and super mario 64 ds have mini games that contain gambling and they both are rated e. yeah I know they bet with coins. gta sa do gamble too.

  • This is....so...sad....

I love this music but it makes me sad....

  • "The law is the end product of many years of history... The fruit of human knowledge. Like a gem, polished to a gleam through trials... And errors. It is the fruit we receive, and pass on, and face in our time. And it is always changing, growing. Nurturing it is our task as human beings."

    -Judge

  • I like how despite the music for this theme is extremely ominous, Phoenix still has a smile on his face regardless.

  • When ya think about it there are two decent ways they could go with Phoenix,

Phoenix Wright Super Spy Think about the camera in Ema's pin on his hat, or... OR... I kinda liek this one, Apollow Justice's game took place in an alternate future... Duhr,

Think, Zak had been planning that escape even if he was not-guilty, Phoenix Still adopts Trucy, and the Wright and Co. Law offices finally has another Lawyer! (I liek da latter best :3)

  • @SuperZombieblaster no thats the 1st case in aj:aa and phoenix lost his badge b4 then.

  • It occured to me...

    *Spoilers*

If Shaddi smith was Zak Grammarye, then that would provide a motive for Phoenix.

  • @GiantessCBY no. dont question it. we dont like kristoph. so kristoph comitted the crime. we blamed him for drew mishams death, because we liked vera.

  • i got to play this song on my clarinet!

  • Phoenix Wright was better as a Defense Attorney.

  • Why does he wear ema skye's pin on his beanie? that's something i've been wondering.

  • @xCha0s Probably just a gift of friendship, but it's more than just a pin...

  • Phoenix Wright should've never lost his badge. I think most PW fans agree...

    So whyyy Capcom!!??

  • You know one thing has been bugging me about Phoenix being disbarred. Manfred Von Karma was found out to have forged evidence, and he only got a penalty. So someone want to tell me as to why Phoenix lost his badge over presenting one piece of evidence only? It makes no sense.

  • @coruscant100 There wasn't any "decisive" proof. It was only an acusation from a lawyer based on a trial that wasn't supposed to be won by Von Karma. With Phoenix there was a witness.

(Sorry if my english isn't very good)

  • Phoenix is never the same without his badge

why did he lose his job?

you can clearly see that he is kinda depressed

am I the only one that want's to rip off his cap and just see him in the coutroom, as a defense attorney?

  • @00REfan00 He lost his job cuz he unknowingly pulled out forged evidence D:

  • @lonerlass3123 what about the Von Karmas? that's so wierd, they always do something like pull out forged evidence, but Phoenix accidentely did cuz' he had no idea that it was forged. It's just so unfair!

  • @00REfan00 Ikr. This may sound dumb but blame capcom. They wanted this. ;-; They let everyone slide except Phoenix.....

  • @lonerlass3123 yeah you're actually right. hope they make an new Phoenix Wright gamw with Phoenix and maybe he is older then? that'd be awesome. Phoenix's gotta come back to lawyer life, maybe Apollo start play piano lol

  • @00REfan00 I hate Apollo. ;-; He was took classes from the fag that got Phoenix disbarred and he even Falcon Pawnched Phoenix.

  • @lonerlass3123 who Falcon Punched Phoenix? Apollo or Gavin? whoever that is, i'll hate him.

  • @00REfan00 Apollo did. ;-; Ima still hate Kristoph for gettin Phoenix disbarred and Klavier for halpin.

  • @lonerlass3123 yeah I hate those two brothers more than I hated Edgeworth in the first game xD (now I love Miles) I'm glad Kristoph got figured out in the first case! he deserved it! D:<

  • @00REfan00 Naw. He deserved the special Capcom character delete death. *_* Thats right. Justice. Gg. Lol.

  • @lonerlass3123 yeah but if they ever make Apollo Justice 2 Capcom's gotta pretend that Gavin and Kristoph never existed. they R bitches D: and Phoenix'll get his epic awesome chance to laugh at them >:3 REVENGE!

  • @00REfan00 Did you play the whole game? (Apollo Justice) If so you'd find out during the last case as well as who. Don't wanna spoil you :)

  • @00REfan00 you can even see one of his spike coming from his cap D:

  • @00REfan00 I can explain.

the reason that phoenix lost his badge is because he presented Forged evidence to the court. the judge took his badge and left him to his fate. under all that genius there is pain in phoenix. He lost Mia, lost his favorite spirit medium, lost his badge, what more will he lose? his fans are dwindling and going over to edgeworth and apollo. he's a legend from the past. let him rest.

  • Out of all the forged evidence and prepped witnesses the prosecuters made (von Karma) all they get is penalties, why does Pheonix Have to lose his whole career?!

  • Forgotten Legend? the dude had 3 video games, and hes a main character in apollo justice, hes not forgotten, unless Ace Attorney investigations goes 3d, then hes screwed

  • @Rpg440208 thats just the name of the song. we know hes not forgotten

  • @vamsi93films I know but that still kinda like 1% annoys me.

  • oh phoenix how we miss you..

  • ''The Great Revival'' - Phoenix Wright. Who wants it?

  • @mkvsdc08 I wish "Rise from the Ashes" wasn't a case name; it would've been the best full-game name for Phoenix after he is restored as an attorney, plus it has a nice ring to it...

"Phoenix Wright - Rise from the Ashes"

The last case of PW:AA should have been called "The Darkened Turnabout" since after you play it, one look at the case title reveals who was the start of everything involved in the case.

    If only though, right?

  • @Bulzeeb15 not bad indeed, i hope Capcom does a sequel to Apollo Justice and LOCALIZE IT (NOT LIKE WHAT HAPPEN TO ACE ATTORNEY INVESTIGATIONS 2), and give Phoenix a second chance to be an attorney again.

  • @mkvsdc08 "Son, I think we all want it. But do we need it?"

(Entirety of Capcom Fanbase) "YES! NOW DO IT! BEFORE WE GO F****** APE **** ON YOUR A** FOR RUINING FEENIE! >:C"

    Capcom: O_o

  • @2345Disciple well if Edgeworth made one, then why not Phoenix?

  • @mkvsdc08 Yeah, Phoenix needs to take the Bar exam again. And then in the last case of AJ 2, Apollo should be stabbed or something (not lethally), and Phoenix takes the case for him or something like that. But indeed Phoenix must come back.

  • @SolMasterzzz Either get stabed or caught a bad cold, like someoe else already did XD

  • @SolMasterzzz LOL poor Polly, though I must say, that would be one heck of a twist. hmmmmmmmmmmmm..............................ಠ_ಠ

  • Imagine walking into phoenix with his face like this and music... he can be scary when he wants to.

  • Tbh, if he became a lawyer again, I think the game would end up being too easy considering how ridiculously smart he has shown himself in the fourth game. Unless, of course, they ramp up the difficulty of his cases to go with it.

Phoenix Wright 4: Rise from the Ashes, tho would have a nice ring to it.

  • @KyojiK they'd need to think of a different name, they've already used rise from the ashes as a case title

  • So in the final of Apollo Justice , Phoenix becomes lawyer again?

  • @Nidael009 No, you play his final trial from 7 years ago where he gets disbarred.

  • can you imagine what kind of lawyer he'd be like if he took the exam again? i imagine he'd be like a defence version of godot, minus the coffee

  • Reminds me a bit about Runescape...

  • He's not forgotten! Look at all the fans! They're practically calling him back to the stand. Most all want him back as a defense attorney, and a main character

  • @SheIIyDeKiller In the game.. HE'S FORGOTTEN

  • How ironic.

In PW:AA Wright was a rookie and the overconfident Payne lost to him.

In AJ:AA Wright was overconfident and lost his badge to a rookie Klavier.

    How history repeats itself...

  • @InfernoxStudios i myself was overly confused at how feenie was acting during that case, mainly because we never saw a phoenix wright so openly hostile and von karma like.

  • @Whippenberg I admit it happened, I disagree with your way of listing causality. They were completely different cases and incomparable. Payne was destined to lose because of his client's guilt, Phoenix was destined to lose because he got betrayed by Kristoph. Both not because of overconfidence, although Payne was more explicit/open about that.

  • @InfernoxStudios You must know that there was more to Phoenix's story against Klavier.

  • @Kisarez Well, yes, but you have to admit, if he had decided to look at the evidence a bit closer he wouldn't discovered the forgery. However, you could argue successfully that Trucy was just a little girl to him, making him think little of it, which is most likely the truth.

Regardless, although the complexity of Phoenix's disbarment isn't mentioned in my previous post, I'm only stating a rather obvious (but true) fact of the matter.

  • @InfernoxStudios YEAH BUT DA EVIDUNCE WAZ HIDED. TWAS NO FAIR.

  • @InfernoxStudios I wouldnt say he was "overconfident" at all. He did not know about the evidence even being forged, yet he did have a small amount of doubt for using it. He knew his client was innocent and presenting it ended up being his downfall. At least he got the last laugh and proved him self to be the best ace attorney out there, unlike Payne.

  • @Cosmic54321 That's true, but he did have a sort of...different air to him during his trial with Klavier. I haven't played Apollo Justice, I admit; I've only seen walkthroughs of it on YouTube. However, from the walkthroughs in the trial and what the AA Wikia says, I think Phoenix was a bit overconfident, but not with ALL the evidence. Perhaps it was because he thought Klavier wasn't going to take the trial seriously since he's a rock star or something?

  • @InfernoxStudios OBJECTION!

Phoenix Wright was set up with forged evidence, and even though he was overconfident he still had his doubts, especially about the forged evidence, and believed his client was innocent, and did everything in his power to get him off the hook. Klavier's victory was a hollow one.

  • act...he got his revenge....7 years later >:O...payne is a wimp...he never got revenge

  • @InfernoxStudios And then it happened to Justice...

  • @InfernoxStudios OBJECTION! He wasn't overconfident and he lost only to forged evidence that he didn't forge.

  • @SarcasticDAReploid

"You're outta your league, Rock Boy."

"I guess there's no substitute for experience."

This coming from the guy who beat the veteran Winston Payne in his first trial and trounced von Karma's 40 year win streak on only his 4th case. Comparing then and know, you have to admit, Phoenix had an iconoclastic arrogance during Zak Gramarye's trial.

  • @Bulzeeb15 OBJECTION!

    I DON'T THINK SO.

If thats the case then why did he bother to defend Zak in the first place.

  • @SarcasticDAReploid OBJECTION!

What does that have to do with anything? Zak was just another client; Phoenix's overconfidence came from the fact he was going up against a brand new prosecutor so his ego went to his head and therefore, he lost his levelheadedness he would've had to dodge such an obvious trap in the sight of an "easy win."

  • @Bulzeeb15 "Phoenix Wright has a talent for the ridiculous." He still would have won because false evidence or not there was a page ripped out of the diary that Valant kept and would have eventually exposed it.

  • @SarcasticDAReploid Yeah but as Klavier mentioned every time you try to present the diary, he says "We need solid proof; Not possibilities." The only proof that would've been accepted is the actual diary page, which Phoenix only thought he had. For whatever reason, Zak kept his mouth shut and Klavier was overly prepared. (Trying not to spoil anything)

  • @Bulzeeb15 I understand your not trying to spoil anything, ergo I cannot speak about this any longer, but this doesn't mean you've won this battle. (Cue Tomo Yo)(Disgaea version)

  • @SarcasticDAReploid Indeed. (Cue Persona 3's Unavoidable Battle)

  • @InfernoxStudios Except Payne sucked, and I don't think he has ever won a case (except maybe his first 7 years xD)

    But yea, you're right

  • @InfernoxStudios Even so, you can't compare the new him to the new Payne, I mean, In Apollo Justice, he became more cool, enigmatic and calculator, and Payne just........more bald.........

  • @Leonix066 and creepy

  • @Leonix066 but still, payne is the legendary prosecutor i wanna be when i grow up XD

  • @GHLFOREVER :D

  • Am I weird if I find this scary ? o_o

  • @BuddyCP *slams desk* yes.

  • The current newest addition to the Attorney series is focusing on the part of the prosecutor Miles Edgeworth. The specialty of it is the logic system which requires you to link 2 evidence or information up to form a new one. Moreover,it's showing the view from the prosecutor.Still i wish they would come with another Ace attorney game, possibly with both phoenix and maya tagging up with Apollo and trucy...still thinking about the overload of not guilty verdicts in that sense

  • @ChainedSoul1 when that mix game arrives, ppl who pre-order it will get a truck load of non guilty verdicts delivered at their house :) its the only way to get rid of such a large amount

  • I cried when the game got to how he got his badge taken away. It's sad D':

Nobody should get to treat Phoenix like that! *Punches Kristoph in the face*

  • PAPA!

  • DAMN YOU GAVIN! IF YOU WEREN'T EXISTING WE SHOULD CONTINUE PLAYING AS PHOENIX AND NOT SOME PUSSYCAT NAMED APOLLO JUSTICE!

  • Is it me, or does is that smile a mixture of bitter amusement and 'Orly? You think so huh? >)'

  • Miss Phoenix.

  • Forgotten my ass.

  • Comment removed

  • @luigidude15 i don't think you understood what he meant, what he was trying to say with "Forgotten my ass" is that noone has forgotten Wright as much as Capcom is trying to make everyone forget about PW:AA and just love AJ:AA

(i dont hate AJ, but is the worst so far)

  • @DarkkirbyKRPG Yeah, i did misunderstand him. I realized that after i posted my comment. Anyways Phoenix Wright is FUCKING BAD ASS!!

  • @luigidude15 of course he is :D

  • @DarkkirbyKRPG Yeah, and apollo is just cool. But phoneix awesome!! Apollo dont stand a chnce compared to phoenix but apollo aint bad either!

    :D

  • @luigidude15 Apollo is such a Noob xD

we dont know anything about Polly D:

i think Wright is awesome because of his backstory with Edgey(NOT GAY Dx), Larry and Mia, his great spirit, the fact that he never gave up on his clients, even when he was accused of using forged evidence,he even adopted trucy! and the most important thing of all, he never gave up about his last case, he investigated the whole case for 7 long years by himself, not caring about people's opinion

    He's Epic

    Polly's a Noob xD

  • @DarkkirbyKRPG Yeah, polly is a noob!! And i miss all of the other people! Maya Fey, Miles Edgeworth, Larry Butz, Godot, and all the other characters! I wonder what Maya would say if she saw Phoenix now? We dont even know what happened to all the old characters! It would be cool if maya came out in the next apollo game!

Well, for now, Everything remains a mystery i guess...

  • @luigidude15 if you play AJ:AA, if you examine the steel samurai videos in Wright's room, Wright tells you that a "kid" sent them to him and that he must send reviews of the episodes to the "kid", something maya told him in PW:AA episode 3

and dont worry, i'm sure Wright isn't done yet ;D

    watch?v=hpxEQIe5jdw&feature=related

  • @DarkkirbyKRPG Oh, i didnt know that! Thanks for the info though! And i hope there is another phoenix wright game soon!!

  • @luigidude15

I could make fun of you in many ways at the moment, but I shall be mature since you just misunderstood me.

You did just misunderstand me right?

  • @ZombieJakeinator Oh yeah, i did man. Sorry for that. Once i clicked that Post button and read your comment over again, i knew what you meant. You meant to say like "Forgotten? My ass!!" like in other ways when someone tells you something like "Apollo is better than Phoenix " sometimes people would say 'My ass! Apollo aint better!" But anyways, i understand now what you meant! And sorry for the bad comment! I will delete it!

  • mmmmm, that face, your point your finger like a pro, i got it your Edgeworth

  • Phoenix without the lawyer-ism?! That's just not possible! If he becomes a lawyer again, though, I hope he keeps the stubble and the hat~♥

  • why does this music creep me out so much?

  • I want to play as Phoenix again. Apollo is okay, but he's no Phoenix.

  • I cant believe it after 7 years he still has his turnabout.

  • I wonder,if Phoenix will try to take again bar exam not to be a defense attorney, but to be a prosecution..?

  • @Murdearaa

Mia Fey, his mentor kept telling him to beleive in his clients, so i doubt.. I hope Phoenix retakes the bar exam... Hope.

  • @Murdearaa T'would be epic

  • Wait, that's ema's button on Pheonix's hat isn't it.

  • @Oblivion28694

    Yes.

    *SPOILERS*

It is actually a hidden camera that Phoenix asked Ema to make.

  • @Oblivion28694

yup, and you can buy that hat with the button. I went to go and see Avenue Q in London a few months back and a girl in the lower teir was wearing one. I wanted to ask where she got it but I missed her on the way out :(

  • whos dat

  • @Ball4184 Phoenix Wright

  • Comment removed

  • Noooooooooooh ;A; I was so sad when phoenix wasn't lawyer anymore :( his Objection was the best

  • @DrewlingFruitfly

    yes i agree!

  • @totoofze47 i prefer to think of him as a "Magnificent Bastard the likes of which have not been seen since Matt Engarde"

For God(o)t's sake, he makes lobsters FLY!

  • @totoofze47 I prefer to think of him as a "magnificent bastard the likes of which have not been seen since Matt Engarde"

  • @totoofze47 Not really....its Ema Skye

  • this would be good for dark themes

  • "i'll be back

  • I didn't forget you, Phoenix :(

  • All the old characters wouldnt stand a chance against Hobo Phoenix.

Not even Franziska. Imagine whipping him, and he just stands there smiling.

  • @TheShadowXChaos He'd grab the whip mid swing and rip it out of her hands.

  • @RyuuAkamatsu I don't know....he isn't like that in this game......

  • @TheShadowXChaos he uuh...did kind of wipe the floor with her...three times, no less. And that was BEFORE he evolved into HoboHodo.

  • @TheShadowXChaos Everybody is a uke in comparasion to Hobophoenix the most powerful Phoenix in front of all the other phoenixes

  • @Kyaksa Especially young bad taste in sweaters phoenix :P

  • @TheShadowXChaos von Karma: *whip*

    Phoenix: *0 damage*

von karma: You must be kidding me.

  • Meh Phoenixes always rise :T

  • Phoenix Wright raep faec

  • in AA5, Apollo should remain the main chracter... but maybe let Phoenix take over in a case.... maybe to defend Apollo....

Also I would love to see some old characters. I mean it was nice seeing Gumshoe and Edgey in AA:I but I want to see what they are like now, and I want to know more about Maya and Pearl and where they have gone.

  • @eggmond I was thinking something similar. Maybe like in T&T, have Apollo do a few, and Phoenix do a few, that all link to one big case?

Hopefully if that's what they do, hopefully they'll use a new sprite set for Phoenix. Yeah, the first three games used the same sprites, but that was three years, this has been SEVEN years without being an attorney. Maybe him in a suit with still a little stubble or something.

  • @Idene90

Who'd be the main prosecutor? Maybe they should split their cases too - I'd like to see Apollo and Edgey against each other XD

  • @Reyson129 .....Apollo would DEFINETLY need Phoenix's help.

  • I still wonder...

What about Maya, Pearl, Edgeworth, What happened...?

Did he just abandon his past or something...?

  • right after I played trials and tribulations when I saw this new game "apollo justice" I thought it was a spinoff of some sort and if it had phoenix it would just be a cameo.

my world of phoenix wright just got turned upside down. Instead of a happy ending story like the rest of the games were, apollo justice was a pretty dark game. though I still love it especially playing as phoenix one last time!

  • Phoenix: It looks like it's your turn to die....*creepy smile*

    XD

  • The music and the picture devastated me. I played T&T, then this game. I came out of T&T thinking 'Wow, is there nothing this guy can't do?' And now... he's been reduced to this. Enough to bring someone to tears XD

  • he's hiding something in those pockets!

    I know it!

  • this song is pretty sad D:

poor phoenix,i like apollo and trucy, but, hell, the story got a weird tuist(magic?phoenix being a hobbo and he adopted trucy? a rock star prosecutor? the judge never dies? weird...)

  • Phoenix Wright raep faec

  • This theme and the picture just screams "Heh...you think you've won?"

  • Comment removed

  • did you notice that it was evident that phoenix didn't faked the evidence? I mean, he got the case one day before the process of shadi started...it was CLEAR that he could not fake it, because he had NO TIME. the only one who noticed that was apollo, seven years later. the whole story of apollo justice was caused because of this happening, which was so easy to avoid... thats confusing...and sad, because capcom was able to continue with phoenix wright (better character on my opinion), but no...

  • @irgendwer000 I think most people thought Phoenix was the one who had the case all along - Kristoph did erase all records of him ever having anything to do with that case.

  • hm. look at the man who claimed viola to be creepy

  • Phoenix kickd so much @ss in this game

  • I wonder what happened to edgeworth?

  • Thats one of the few reasons I want a GS5 :)

  • @rokiux325

    He probably became Chief Prosecutor

  • i got so upset when i saw that this had happened to one of my hero's

Pheonix wright is one of my fav games eva!!!

hope he gets to be a lawyer again... then again i kinda like apollo but not so much.

MAKE A GAME WHERE YOU CAN PLAY AS BOTH!!!!

  • You mean like in Apollo Justice, right?

  • well..... a different game...... but meh i only started this game the other day. maybe another pheonix wright game after this one.

  • Mabey Apollo can prove Phoenix didnt show forged evidence...............

  • @silvablaze95 no technically, he DID show forged evidence. However, the reason they disbarred him was b/c the bar committee thought HE requested the forging. It was proven in the last case that he didn't request it, which is why in the credits Phoenix mentions that he might retake the bar exam, indicating that he is allowed to be a lawyer again

  • @flamecrysta

Though I don't know why he would become an defense attorney again. The whole overseer of the Jurist System gig seems pretty sweet to me. Well if it ever comes to the point where we get franni or Edgeworth back as an opponent in GS5, we should have Hobo Phoenix duke it out in one round and completely blow them out of the water.

  • Comment removed

  • @flamecrysta YAY!!!!!

  • @flamecrysta just like Miles Edgeworth, if you ever played PW: AA it says on a past case that he used forged evidence, but he used it thinking it was not, he got lucky he didn't lose his job.

  • @iiRaTiiOnZz yup, since it's the attorneys'/the investigators' jobs to ensure that the evidence found is real. (though personally, I've always thought that it should be the investigator's job to poke around crime scenes, interrogate people, etc but wtv)

  • @flamecrysta

I must tell that seeing him and apollo as lawyers in the same trial would be cool.

  • @flamecrysta wait did he know it was forged before he showed it?
