Why would you go visit someplace on vacation that is predicted to receive a hurricane??? Sounds stupid to me. And what's with standing on the balcony in 100+mph winds? Yall sound like a bunch of idiots to me. Stay away from natural disasters ok.

I live around the Lower Valley and i was around the time when it hit
Facts:
-Nearly turned Cat:3 but was too weak to up that level
-The thing made loads of flooding
-The Storm was powerful to Break windows ,High rise hotels in SPI were useless against this storm
-Hotels in SPI were forcred to evac to either the 1st floor and or floors that don't have windows
-Some windows that didn't break well your lucky
