  • I read your comment on Amazon you mention it to look at youtube.com. Is a big problem keep on shut off by itself looks like you have the defect IPAD 2 and the technical support didn't help you. You went using kindle happy about it. I do the same or wait if there is a new version of IPAD.

  • I just looked it up. I live 165 miles from the nearest Apple store. I wish I had never spent the 1000 dollars on this stupid thing. They better give me my money back!

  • @caulret if you still have this problem apple will replace it you have a 1 year waranty so you have time hope you get it fixed or i would try a system restore

  • I have had it 2 days. I live 3 hours from an apple store. I can not take off during the week to go to the apple store so I am going this saturday. I should not have to do that. I have been waiting since the first week it came out for this piece of junk. Last time I buy something directly from apple with the extra apple care plan. They SUCK! Just wait. I bet there will be more like this. You just wait.

    It's not a piece of junk. I have the iPad 2 3G and am loving it. Your just pissed becuase it's faulty which is unfortunate. Just take it back to the store and they will replace it with a new one or get your money back.

  • You've only had it a month (or less)... take it back to Apple. They'll replace. It's probably a fault. No stress.
