mhm. that was the same problem I had until few weeks ago.
I had no idea what was wrong for quite a while and I decided to change the strings cause I hadn't changed it for a year.
I changed it and everything was fine.
I don't think how old your guitar is is a problem.

you play so well!! T.T something's wrong with my guitar- the notes dont play the same (and YES it is tuned!(correctly i might add))--and it is literally over 90 years old- but theres no reason why it shouldn't play differently!

There is tons of reasons. I'll list them for you;
1. Neck warping.
2. Worn out frets
3. Not intonated (intonated doesn't mean tuned, two very different things)
Only reasons I can think of now, but I'm pretty sure there's more. Also, this guys guitar isn't tuned properly.

i didnt really get the tabs.
i guessed the chords by listening to it over and over again.
and i tried to put the melody on top as much as possible
