  • american ppl cant drive manual that dude has no idea how 2 drive a manual m3

  • Haha that guy is clutch ridding. blahahaha. sounds like a tart too.

  • Anyone know why you can't drive a new car at full potential?

  • @bmwmsport11 because you gotta break in the engine. Could have metal shards n such from being new floating around

  • @bmwmsport11 New Engine. Needs to be broken in before someone just manhandles it.

And I can't get over how good that engine sounds.

  • I drive a E46 330i 2001 and get 23.0 MPG ... Great :)

  • @ 1:45 "it just made a difference" lol

  • are you shopping for a bmw? Or are you taking them for test drives with the salesman and taping it?

  • @efthimios Serious buyers. Ended up getting a 335i x-drive from that dealer.

  • @crooner12

Dude what is the difference in feeling between the 335xdrive and the M3? I really wanna know because I'm debating to get an M3 or a GT-r and I've already driven the 335xdrive.

  • @scoopmaster69 HP and the torque- you need to rev higher with the M3 to reach the full 400+ hp you dont in a 335- you do get options to adjust the ride with the m - you wont with the 335- 335 will obv be cheaper, but dont take our word for it, you really need to drive both for yourself- if you were between a 325 and m3 then the choice for me is very obvious M no doubt- 335 and M are compariable

  • @crooner12 Are u the driver or recorder ?

  • I really don't like the part that he wants to buy an M3 and begins over fuel economy?

  • So funny! An old, gay couple test driving cars. The poor salesman that had to listen to these two 'queens' banging on and doing an impromptu video for Christ's sake!!! This drive must have just been the most uncomfortable thing I have seen for a while. Nice going boys...

  • @Bernievids wat da hell is u talkin bouu??

  • LOL 14CITY AND 20HIGHWAY OH JESUS XD!! I DRIVE 10MILES EVERYDAY AND GOD DAMN!! THATS $300 PER MONTH

  • @Murcielago247

    I drive a 328xi and get 16.5 mpg.. sucks

  • what a geek

  • HOLY CLUTCH~~~ lol

  • I hear it has a clutch!

  • Also, at 1:18--1:20, he hit the accelerator before engaging the clutch, raising the engine rpm and then engaging the clutch. One can hear the sound and forward lurch at 1:19--1:20.

  • 2:33--2:40 -- what was that?! And he did it two times. How long have you driven a manual car? No offence, but it's better to get some practice or lessons driving a manual before driving this marvellous car. For the kind of launch you wanted, there is no need to get the engine beyond say 1500rpm. Something between 1200--1500rpm is ideal. You shouldn't rev it to 2500rpm and then release the clutch very slowly to get a smooth launch!

  • You're a tool.... Why do you insist on going to test drive a car when you don't even know everything about it first... You constantly ask questions... Really doesn't make for a good video, sorry.

  • wow that interior is very weak for a MCheeze.... looks l ike a normal 3 series interior with the minor M badges on the ggauges... NOt even close to an Audi RS5... no comparison

  • @RS4TTT Your kidding, Most Audis (Not all) have exactly the same interiors.

  • what a preety car

  • what kinda test drive is this....dont even get to see the exterior of the car!!

  • in head of one year you gonna need a clutch hahhah f----...

  • wtf woodgrain in an m3 lol

  • He dosn't know how to drive a M3

  • Try out a BMW 750i... with the 4.4 twin turbo... :)

  • Oh and the e60 m5 is 12 and 18. SO the epa says

  • New 5k RPM? When I worked at the lot the a 335i wouldn't stay running for longer than a second..service guy comes out starts it and holds his foot to the floor and revs it for a while. "Must have a bad batch of gas"

  • @zachattack83 335i HPFP. Must be a new service guy then.

  • @Purepromedia HPFP?

  • @zachattack83 High Pressure Fuel Pump. All the N54 and N55 engines are plagued by this minor issue. We got our car 20k off sticker because it had a replaced HPFP :)

  • A bunch of hillbillies testing a new tractor......

  • Can you drive a stick??

  • I stopped watching when it said, "This is a new car so we have been asked not to bring the RPMs over 5000"

  • hmm i dont want to watch this "cant bring the rpm's over 5000" the breaks work well" thats nice >.>

  • nice car ,bad driver...for driver is car with automatic gearbox

  • that Asian guy can't drive a maual gearbox car just look at his tranzitiones I laught tru al the videoo loool

  • i have that white bmw at 2:12...lol

  • I work at the dealership they tested this at.

  • This guy sucks dick at shifting.Feel sorry for the clutch with that clown driving. He should get the one with the paddle's.

The difference is better clutch riding ability.

  • Clutch rider!!!

  • @proto12qs Alright, so the guy does ride the clutch a bit excessively. Cut him some slack guys!

  • @crooner12

How was this M3 compared to the M5?

  • @Deangist No question, the M5 felt (and is) faster in a straight line. The M3, however, felt much lighter and more nimble. On a track, I'd take the M3.

  • @crooner12 Thanks man going to get myself an M5 (used) out of production but by far one of the best! thank you for the review!

  • @Deangist M5 has a 4.4, but is heavier than the M3 with a 4.0

  • @YOUBETCHA21 more specifically the ride, I know about all the specs tho thanks. Any different feelings when you were driving?such as a stronger suspension or lower ride height etc.?

  • @YOUBETCHA21 M5 has 5.0 v10 engine not 4.4.

  • @crooner12 He did ride the clutch pretty bad, but i'll only give him the benefit of the doubt because he pushed the m button which increased the throttle response. you can hear at 1:42 he wasn't ready for that much rev with the same throttle input as before, but he should have adjusted after that.

  • @proto12qs how can u tell? jw never driven manual yet

  • I can tell hes not use to driving a bmw. The clutch feel is so different from other brands. I would shift that car so f-ing good.

  • THE FUEL ECONOMY LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL its an M3 who cares.

  • @seanisagamer at $5 a gallon everyone cares.

  • @seanisagamer the people that live above there means lol!

  • @seanisagamer i get your point but it really isnt just like you think, when you drive the car a lot in a european country you will realize what i mean.fuel here is a lot more expensive than in US...

  • why are they talking about an e90 m3 and they dont even know what the power button does.

  • cant go over 5 rpm oh that sucks.... what are testdrives for then

  • @tvain86 thats what i said fuck the rules let that be me in that car

  • Hello again! I was wondering if you have driven an M3 coupe. If so, how would you compare the two? i am more of a sedan guy but ive been noticing that many people on youtube claim that the coupe is the way to go. thanks

  • @KidBelmont92 The coupe is a bit lighter, feels slightly more nimble, but personally I could go either way. The sedan is obviously more practical, but don't think that's a compromise. Either car is pretty kick-ass if you ask me. The only variant I would not recommend is the convertible. It's just too heavy.

  • @crooner12 and the top leaks water.......FML

  • The engine on the F30 M3 will most likely be an Inline 6 turbo actually. The F10 M5 is getting a turbo V8.

  • Ride That Clutch LOL

  • Still amazes me how many "thumbs up" we got that day from fellow BMW drivers. It's a shame this will likely be the last of the great naturally aspirated "M" cars.

  • @crooner12 Theyre going to stop making the sedan?

  • @KidBelmont92 Nope, just this particular engine. They're moving to a turbo V8.

  • @crooner12 Oh. I was worried they were getting rid of the sedan. Great vid, cant wait to see more. I was also wondering if you've driven a newer m3 (09',10) with a dual clutch transmission and could compare it to just a manual. I live in a fairly busy city, (Toronto) and was wondering what you would suggest. Thanks.

  • @KidBelmont92 Well, I drove an '08 with the DCT (pretty much identical to the newer ones...I think) and it was fantastic. Granted, back then I didn't know how to drive a manual, so I would have gone with the DCT. It shifts super fast and is pretty tractable. However, the enthusiast in me would still get the 6MT. If you're doing heavy city driving, the DCT is the better option hands down. Although, personally, I'd just metro in the city and get a 6MT for the country and track.

  • @KidBelmont92 they are actually getting rid of the sedan. It will no longer be available for the next generation.

  • Great sound. GTS sounds way better.

  • this is like the most boring M3 video i have ever seen!

  • there not making the sedans anymore lolz. good car but i prefer the coupe version

  • Beautiful City...where did this test drive take place? I like the scenery!! And the car sounds fabulous!

  • Comment removed

  • @FujiR500 Sterling, VA

  • What's the point of test driving an M3 without being able to shift properly?

  • Guys, he really couldn't rev it the way he wanted to because if you listen at the beginning he says 'since this is a new car he can not rev it above 5,000 rpm' so the gear changes were bound to be rough...

  • Lexus sc300 ftw! haha

  • @holdupsway why? just why is the sc300 better? this is a guy who is part japanese.

  • @JimmyChannel1 lol because i love that car, and i didnt even know he was Asian

  • @holdupsway well it kinda is. in jp, we have the exact same car except with a cheaper badge called the soarer. dude i tell you, its replacement sc430 is seriously underpowered for a v8 because its got about 260bhp. this bmw has 420bhp - thats a lot more. plus the bmw looks better, has a better sound and more practical

  • @JimmyChannel1 well obviously the bmw is the better car, but I'm not a fan of the v8 engine in the sc430, I'm a fan of the 6 cylinder version that includes the 2jz :)

  • you truly blow at driving stick

  • You really know how to melt a clutch at start up.

  • @natedogg416

floor the gas and let the clutch out easy lol

  • The sound of that engine is magnificent.

Of course, the double-hump in that dashboard to house the navigation system is simply grotesque. Ugly as hell. I really hope BMW gets rid of it.

  • @masmddds BMW doesn't care abt your opinion you ugly bastard
