My Favourite Character is that Wizard with Carpet. I dont like Conan cuz he hasnt amazing powers he is just a warrior. thatswhy i like wizard powers. use to discuss it with my one friend i was amazed that he also watch it. but i know about this cartoon in 1998 when it came in pakistan on tv.now i am 24. still i like it.

This is based loosely on Sumerian mythology (reptilian gods, Connan is a Cimmerian etc) and also the mythology of the Atlanteans (Hyboria etc) and the Nordic Aryans.

@fknturd There wasn't any of this gay political correctness of nowadays at the time which is awesome! I love the portrayal of the black person here and think it is much more honest and respectful than the hypocritical shit we get today. It is perfectly normal that prince Zuma who lives close to nature would have animals as his best friends and "brothers", and monkeys are the most human-like of them as well with the most prominent place in African mythology.

This is fun stuff! I love the books and, although I understand the decisions to make it a kids show, I think the dialogue and characters are pretty faithful. Pretty good animation too.
