slow power relies more on muscle strength and fast power relies more on momentum but I think slow power is more difficult to control since you have to use up your strength while with momentum you can go as long as the momentum will take you.

Bboy Blue is very fast with his moves, probably faster than The End, but my only complaint is that his moves don't appear as clean as The End, Bruce Lee or Greatone. But I can be wrong.

Lol blue wouldn't stand a chance against the end.. both are great powerheads but the end has much more variation than blue.

And being faster in power doesn't mean you aren't as good, it actually means you have more control of your power.

I do admit the spinning elbow pike of blue is dope but the end would finish him off.

agree and disagree. If you are a slower there's a lot of strain to do a move slower. Also if you go slower you usually have the muscles built more since you rely less on momentum. BUT if you are able to go extremely fast and still maintain yourself (ie not crashing) then obviously you have control there too.

I say if you can go slow and fast at will you have plenty of control.
