In Los Angeles there will be more Black and Brown gangsters because there are a lot African Americans and Mexican Americans.

Go towards the south, same thing plus white gangs.

East coast will have Cuban Americans, Puerto Rican Americans(More towards upper east coast), African Americans, Italian Americans and Whites.

Middle America will have more White gangs with a few minority gangs sprinkled around.
