Obama talks about the "failed" Bush policies and blames the economic woes on the Republicans. Why doesn't anyone remember this?
For starters, in order to truly "stimulate" our economy we need to create jobs here in America, and by impose import duties on foreign made products! This will encourage Americans to buy American. Yes, products might cost more, but this would be a small price to pay to get our economy fired up again!
The Republicans are missing out on a strong fact by not mentioning that the Clinton administration aka the Democrats were instrumental in creating NAFTA and with this sending American jobs to other countries to stimulate the "Worlds Economy" while successfully destroying ours.
Liberalism and Conservatism have very specific values attached to them. Demcratic and Republican are political parties and if you looked at what they actually do, you will see that the Democrats are actually Conservatives and the Republicans are actually Fascists.

nope. completely ahistorical. dems still have klan members in senior positions, even. the dems have always been economic populists, both before and after the civil rights era. fdr: look it up. positions haven't swapped, but shifted. repubs still have a liberal and conservative wing, while dems have liberal and radical wings.

Actually, Republicans are the ones taking money away from hard-working people. It's just that hard-working people often fall into the ignorance of the Republican party and think they're being supported. If ever a Democrat raises the taxes, it's to correct a Republican predecessor's debt, and give back to the community by protecting the environment, improving education, etc. And since when is protesting war a bad thing?
