and then you dont wanna kill the soldier because hes a true hero of the republic and you agree with him more than the sith commander that hired you, some of the chocies ive read, you can fake his death so he gets to live and you lie to the commander, but somewhere down the line the commander might find out bout it and then your in trouble, or you could stay loyal to the commander, kill the soldier even though hes a true hero and a good guy, but you remain professional, its business after all

Guild Wars has a huge fanbase in europe. SWTOR locks nice. But they presenting their "unique" features like voiceover, storyline or the feeling like a hero things as their idea and if you do a little research you'll find out that GW2 development/announcment was 1 year before the SWTOR announcment. And all these features where allready announced by Anet in 2008/2009! The oher way none of the unique TOR things (Craftingsystem o.e.) can be found in GW2. ;-)

My favorite game company of all time, (who also makes my ABSOLUTE favorite game) is now making an MMORPG with the same features of their previous games! None of the talking is text, it's ALL voice over, reading so much text can get tiring. Forget LOTRO, WOW, Guild Wars, and DC Universe, this will be the ultimate game!

It will survive, BioWare is an actual game company that has made great games like Dragon Age, Mass Effect, KOTOR, etc. The most succesful being Mass Effect and Dragon Age. I think BioWare has really found the niche that will allow them to conquer a substantiel segment of the MMO market. WoW is all gameplay and no immersion, but that's good gameplay, mind you, refined over 5 years to nigh perfection when it comes to multiple players interacting in a competative environment. Left in the dust are storytelling and character development.
BioWare are kings in that regard and if there are anyone to offer Blizzard serious competition it would be them.
also are is the an auction house (black market?) and battle grounds and other random stuff. can you drop a train set in a raid and annoy the hell out of everyone.
wonder if there will be addons like quest helpers/ professions (weapon making?) also how do they make diff weapon look more leet(you can put more spikes on a sword but only so many colours for a lightsaber) etc. i wanna know about the little things which are normally taken for granted.

I have a feeling that there will be TWO more character classes added, and more planets. Imagine this game with 15 planets and free roaming. Imagine yet the ability to build homes and ships with schematics, trade, sell, build shops, mix open source player developed blueprints, etc.
@MAKSAjedi i think the game is going to have a minimum of 16 planets at start! We already have 12 but the game is still one year from release, so i expect to ear about more planets.
i honestly have not seen anything so far in all of their vidocs and articles that have shown the "MM' part of "MMO." i suppose u cud say tht instead of having NPCs in ur party, u just have a friend or something, but what happens when a plot altering decision comes up in dialogue? who gets to make the choice? who speaks? does it affect both of you? im not saying that im scrapping the game, but if they're gonna make it an MMO, show the MM part, if not, go back to single player, which i loved
What happens is, I forget which video showed this,( I'm pretty sure it was the one with both the Sith Warrior and Bounty Hunter) but you both get to talk out what you want to decide before you pick your choice. In character specific missions, the specific character gets most of the say in a conversation, while the team members/members get to put something in everynow and then.
Too bad they didn't take some of that money they spent on all the voice overs and instead worked on the graphics.

I think BioWare has really found the niche that will allow them to conquer a substantiel segment of the MMO market. WoW is all gameplay and no immersion, but that's good gameplay, mind you, refined over 5 years to nigh perfection when it comes to multiple players interacting in a competative environment. Left in the dust are storytelling and character development.
BioWare are kings in that regard and if there are anyone to offer Blizzard serious competition it would be them.

wonder if there will be addons like quest helpers/ professions (weapon making?) also how do they make diff weapon look more leet(you can put more spikes on a sword but only so many colours for a lightsaber) etc. i wanna know about the little things which are normally taken for granted.

@OnyxKing332 and you sir, you are blinded by the crap WOW is. Look at this game you can take multipile enemys on at one time, and still stay alive. Then wow, first you can only fight one enemy at a time, second if you get 2 enemys on you your screwed unless ur a higher lvl.

The most important problem with WOW for me is that it has monthly fies. Clearly your way too picky when it comes to MMO's and other games.

@PanuSurvivalGuide LOL You are such an idiot!!! If your even lvl 10 you can take on 4 enemies at once!!! And that's why they have different lvl enemies! ROFLMAO cause of how stupid you are. Apparently the only enemies you think about are lvl 60 and higher. Ant there are group spells in wow that damage all enemies around you. And once you defeat an enemy in WOW you can press TAB and you'll automatically target the other enemy. Obviously you have only gotten to lvl 5 in WOW ROFL!

And are you telling me you like MMOs like this and hate WoW and you say you would somehow have more of a life if you had this paying monthly fees for it than someone who plays WoW and paying fees for it. I'm not saying the person who plays WoW would have a life I'm saying neither you or he would. But people think WoW is worse than it actually is. Though I don't own it I use free trials.

Hmm cant wait to see how this will play out but people complaining about blizzard makes me think this will be just like wow with gear score checking, and and you need x achievement for this raid wich gives you x achievement to be able to raid, and non helpful people who cant take the time to help their community online for this game to change my mind im going to need too see the exact oppisite of what I said because I only play mmos to escape real life I dont want to play something thats worse.

I have a feeling that there will be TWO more character classes added, and more planets. Imagine this game with 15 planets and free roaming. Imagine yet the ability to build homes and ships with schematics, trade, sell, build shops, mix open source player developed blueprints, etc.
I just want it to come out.

i honestly have not seen anything so far in all of their vidocs and articles that have shown the "MM' part of "MMO." i suppose u cud say tht instead of having NPCs in ur party, u just have a friend or something, but what happens when a plot altering decision comes up in dialogue? who gets to make the choice? who speaks? does it affect both of you? im not saying that im scrapping the game, but if they're gonna make it an MMO, show the MM part, if not, go back to single player, which i loved

What happens is, I forget which video showed this,( I'm pretty sure it was the one with both the Sith Warrior and Bounty Hunter) but you both get to talk out what you want to decide before you pick your choice. In character specific missions, the specific character gets most of the say in a conversation, while the team members/members get to put something in everynow and then.
