no but how cool would that be ?

theoretically if you fire a bullet as a fast car goes by you should be able to see it hovering outside your window but when the bullet gets inside the car it will probably go through the windscreen cause the wind resistance is going to be smaller inside the car then outside

this would make a grate test for the mithbusters

It's all up to the driver dude! and in a straight anything can bit anything.... corners.... thats where that thing is a king! (but yeah, slower than a speeding bullet!)
