I've tried RNG at least 15 times now and when my egg hatches it is never shiny but it always has the nature that the RNG reporter says, why?

What does saving in front of him do? You said "for IV purposes" but you didn't expain it.

If you save in front of the man, you reset your game until your poke has the IVs you desire.
