OMG - It is so cool to see this - i have practically everything shown in this video - i'm 35 years old now but still have all Sindy's stuff - the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and the sun lounge furniture as well as her horse and motorbike. Sindy is way cooler than Barbie will ever be!! Thank you for sharing this video.

I know where there's a few kitchen units and other things still boxed (used not mint) in a charity shop. I told them I'd have a look around to see how much they could get for them.  Any ideas? Thanks for the look around Sindy's lovely house

A real trip down memory lane there. I had that house, and most of the things in it (my bathroom set was blue though, and I had a Sindy bath instead of a shower. But I had the patio set, the bbq, the drinks trolley and the horse...also the tent!

sindy was definetely an english girl like barbie was an american girl , the louis marx toy company distrubuted sindy in america, only for a limited time ,most of the sets in the us would be stamped marx on the box ,although certain items in the uk appeared on the american sindy advert featuring one of the brady girls,a lot of english doll collecters like barbie so there is no suprise to find a lot of our american friends love our sindy range, sindy was made by the pedigree

@wizzwamf Sindy was much better than Barbie though. Barbie's house and accessories didn't have the durability or level of detail Sindy's did. Plus Sindy didn't use that nauseating Pepto Bismol pink for everything.

Barbie did have a sweet Corvette though. I'll give her that.

loved the wall of sound set outside the house with the ticking clock and purring cat,most of my friends were sindy fans , one girl at school had a great greenhouse set with playmat,the original house had a spiral staircase in the middle of the floor leading up to the terrace on the roof and a domed lift at the side of the house

oh wow, i would love to know if i could get one of these as I have just started to recollect all the sindy things I had as a little girl, I have spent far too much money today on ebay!! lol, but I would absolutely love one of these bags, did you buy it or make it??

I just bought a blonde Sindy off ebay, just waiting for it to arrive..I loved Sindy dolls growing up but I never had any Sindy furniture or the house :( but now I can make up for that with ebay!

i still have my old Sindys they were my aunties and their all from the 70s and 2 from the 80s i only got 1 new Sindy with the Mini cooper but she liiks like Barbie

What an immaculate collection you have! So wonderful you still have these in such pristine condition. I gave all my sindy / barbie stuff away in the 80s when I grew out of it. Now I wish I had saved it all because my daughters would love them!
