Yup, I wrote that before the official dates were released. It's March 10th for North America and Feb 23rd for Europe.

I'm not sure why. There's always a different release date for NA and Europe, although I don't know why. Maybe because they can focus marketing on one place and then the other? Either way, it's out in Europe! Wooo And NA in about a week :)
