People say Dearka has a big advantage due to the Buster's powerful long-range cannon and missil array, but also the Buster is way bigger than Heavy Arms. Here's what they say, "He'd send them right out of angle." This is referring to the Buster Gundam's sniper part of its long-range cannon and how it easily bests many opponents.

@windows2apple Best Music for the Best Mobile Suit of the entire CE Era. The Freedom was still outnumbered 10 or 8 to 1 and it still won, that's how powerful that Gundam is. No other pilot deserves the Freedom than Kira, both of them are the best! Don't you think this should play whenever the Freedom shows up for battle?  You can beat the Freedom but not destroy it. If you destroy it, it'll come back even stronger than before. The Freedom is a godly Gundam that never truly loses a battle.

Both of these are the Freedom except that the Strike Freedom is the reincarnate form of the original. Shin thought that by destroying the Freedom that all the troubles he faced were over. He was dead wrong, Kira returns in the revived Freedom which has more than ten times the combat potential the original had.

@windows2apple The Freedom like Gundam can't ever be truly defeated by the opponent, even if the Mobile Suit is apparently destroyed and explodes. This should play whenever the Freedom or Strike Freedom appears, right Windows2apple? Only the Freedom can disable multiple enemies at once without killing the pilots, that's how godly this mobile suit is. Anyone who thinks that they destroyed, defeated or believes that it's powerless is dead wrong. Get to close to it without thinking, you lose!

@windows2apple Kira's only battle style is disabling and disarming the enemy's suit from its weapons, he does so in both Freedom and Strike Freedom by disarming the enemy's weapons and by disabling the enemy by destroying the enemy suit's arms, legs, and head but not the cockpit. The only excuse was when Kira was attacking the C.S.F. Leader. He attempted to kill the leader at first because he tried to kill Lacus, who's aim was to end war peacefully, later he simply disables the leader's suit.

@windows2apple Taken granted I've been arguing with others about who's better: Shin or Kira? Kira doesn't fight to kill, but to fight to stop the killing. He does so by disarming and disabling the enemies who are causing the war to spread. Shin fights, but fights so much that he kills those who are trying to stop the war. Shin also has a habit of going berserk in the most unusual times in battle.  "Fighting and causing death provokes future conflicts that lead to future wars", Rau to Kira.

Rey's stubborness caused his Legend to be totally disabled and disarmed by Kira's Strike Freedom's full burst mode, while Shin's uncontrolled anger caused him to lose Athrun's Infinite Justice in a short amount of time. Kira's S. Freedom possess more speed and power than the Legend, but the Destiny has more power but less defenses for close range combat than the I. Justice.

The Destiny also is very fast and powerful (1 anti-ship sword, 1 beam rifle, 2 beam boomerangs, and 1 long range beam cannon), but lacks several weapons for direct battle. Justice has 2 beam sabers (can be combined), 2 beam boomerangs, 1 beam rifle, and 2 beam blades (1 on each knee) for direct combat not to mention the sub-flyer on its back.

Gundam 00 doesn't really need the ability to need team cooperation because their suits can change form to adapt to new situations plus the GN blade can penetrate PS Armor. SEED and SEED Destiny need team cooperation because their MS/MA can't change form (only few can) to counter new threats.

Both the Freedom's are poor at close range but are strong at mid to long-range, but the Rail Cannons pose a serious threat when up close making the both of the suits weaknesses useful. I. Justice can now tear apart enemies without them knowing by using the knee mounted beam swords (one moment you have an arm the next moment you are powerless against.)

GN Beam Blades in Gundam 00 can penetrate PSA without much effort, but in SEED and SEED Destiny it requires a lot of force to severe any PSA expecially near the cockpit. As you saw in SEED Destiny Shin applied destructive speed to break through the Freedom's shield to damage the Freedom but failed to successfully kill Kira and defeat the Freedom. Beam Swords like the Impulse's and the Destiny can easily damage PSA.

Team assistance is only needed when the mobile suits can cancel the other ally's weaknesses. Gundam 00 has transformable suits that can change form to get out of critiical situations, SEED and Destiny lack that since only MA can do that plus only few MS can transform such as the Raider, Abyss, Aegis, and Saviour.)

@windows2apple I don't know how to answer that question of yours. But together the three form an unbeatable trio when in danger. Shin's SEED Rage Factor while in Destiny makes him almost an unbeatable fighter, as he kills anyone in his way without being hit. Kira's SEED Factor, well...can't hit anything you can't see is right, but the S. Freedom's firepower is just unbelievable. Athrun's SEED Factor "You Crazy Bastard!" or "I'll Kill You!" suits him well with the I. Justices's weapon array.

@windows2apple Kira's SEED Factor is different from three years back, his is mental focus so he in other words his is simply allowing him to remain calm in battle while his combat abilities are enhanced. Athrun's is primarily on defense and carefull timing of attacks. Shin has a SEED Rage Factor which unlike the other two, only triggers when he recalls tragedies or wants to kill certain opponents. Kira and Athrun's SEED Factor trigger out of a certain need to protect someone.

@windows2apple Here's what I'm saying: SEED Factor enhances combat abilities and allows the bearer to keep his/her mental focus and remain calm, but triggers out of an urge to protect someone. SEED Rage Factor greatly increases combat power (battle programming, calculating enemy movements and attacks, and etc), but doesn't allow the bearer to remain calm plus it triggers when the bearer remembers tragedies similar to the current event, or just because he/she wants to kill particular enemies.

@windows2apple Newtypes and Coordinators are different from each other. Newtypes doen't have their abilities enhanced like Coordinators do. Coordinators have enhanced abilities which make them superior to the Naturals, most likely due to the concept that they don't hve any flaws in their lives (presuming that each Coordinator acts according to their good will.) Coordinators in a way, as you said, are indeed closely related but not exactly similar to the Newtypes in the UC.

@windows2apple Buster Gundam manages to get behind you, then it aims its long-range beam cannon right at your Gundam's cockpit. What are you going to do now? That cannon can kill you at any moment if the pilot wants to. Buster beats Heavy Arms easily, Buster loses to 00 Raiser, or does 00 Raiser lose to Buster first? Trans-am is the 00 era's specialty technique to by pass the enemy's tactics, plus 00 Raiser can quanterize itself, but Buster can down enemies from a very long distance away.

@Drago2097 No not pwn everyone on any side, it's more like that the Freedom would completely annihilate anyone and everyone on any side that opposes it before the enemy can bring in reinforcements. Freedom can disarm so many opponents without killing the pilots. Not to mention it's increadibly fast, so enemies can't even hit it without hurting themselves first. Sigh...isn't the Freedom like Burning Gundam in a way that even though if it is damaged, it returns with greater strength and speed.

the "wings" of the hi nu are funnels where as on the freedom, those are wings. plus, the freedom has rail guns on the waist and the hi nu does not. its an original idea. plus there are only a pair of guns on the wings of teh freedom. maybe consider the strike freedom to be the "basic copy" of teh hi nu cuz of the DRAGOON system
