I LOVE your videos, but I get kinda nauseated with all the camera movement. Is there a way you could film them with a camera on a tripod. Again, just LOVE your videos, you're all so sweet. I'm obese and want to make the complete change to a raw food diet and have been watching your videos so I know how to get started. I have a lot of weight to lose. Thank you so much...
Some good 'ol grass fed beef/bison/mammoths and free range eggs, and you folks will be the best you can be, along with all the other stuff you're eatin'. No brainer. Like we've been doing for hundreds of thousands of years. And some milk too.

People, just eat the traditional way, animal flesh and products, and plant foods, reasonably, and you'll be fine with vibrant, great health, if your circumstances are favorable.
yeah great man....i just gone through the fruit and nut phase and really blasted my adrenals and trying to get them back online again...Greens are the answer tho for my recovery and future and just gobbling down spinach right now. dr rik dina said that leafy greens have omegas 3 and 6 in his protein lecture, you feel that you need to supplement these? brilliant kids by the way, always smiling and jolly, loving raw life....you re all a great example for everyone, all the best!
