Okay, Robert Downey Jr. Jude Law AND Brad Pitt, damn it looks like they are going to cast the whole top list of "People Magazine's Most Beautiful Men" :P
I'm very sceptic regarding this latest movie adaptation of Sherlock Holmes...Having been a Holmes fan for years (from reading the books mind you, not speaking of TV/Cinema adaptations), this latest instalement seems to entirely miss the essence of Holmes as socially reclusive, overly cerebral and extremely unemotional character when it comes to the opposite sex. Not to mention that the main actor is light years away from Conan Doyle's slim and poised hero.
Hmph. First Downey Jr. doesn't shave his beard. Then they make Holmes have a love interest (unless she's Irene Adler? Then I have one less complaint). Now I'm dubious as to Moriarty. At least Pitt kind of looks the part. Kind of.
