Deric, a rental can still be excluded from capital gains if the owner lived in it as their primary residence for at least two of the past five years. Turning this home into a rental for now does not make it subject to capital gains.

@airrick you can have 10 agents use the same script and they will all sound different, the skill is using it so it flows naturally
