Agreed with sameo51, EverQuest is so godly, it is an RPG, and it still has the gauntlet thrown for the most immersive world. WoW nor any of these new MMOs like Warhammer or Conan can deliver it.

I have never felt the same sense of accomplishment getting epics in those games then I did in 99' when my Human Necro got his Duck Staff.

That is why I and thousands of others wait, eager for Everquest Classics release. One last big blow out before we all drink the Jonestown Juice w/ Nike shoeson :)

I agree with you. It was sad though, back in 1999-2000 EQ and UO were the only "ok" MMOs. Playing with friends was the only thing that made it fun in my opinion.
