Second, due to your comprehensibility, I'll explain this in-depth.

A .html file on your desktop is not a website. When you upload that file to a web hosting root directory, it will be a website, but not a very good one.

In the video he said nothing about web hosting and you need that to even move forward to these steps.

in cam studio i went to options then to cursor options then clicked the checkbox highlight cursor

if you are using camstudio, u go to options, then cursor options. under the cursor highlight click highlight cursor... hope this helps =D
