  • Her bio says she's a Dynamic Fitness Instructor and & Master Trainer. & she sell DVD's

  • Don't do it like this ladies or you'll be visiting your doctor for serious injuries. I'm not RKC certified but I know it's not done like this.

  • They talk about using their hips, but it didn't look like they were using them at all! very bad form and the smallest kettlebells I've ever seen.

  • I don't know whether to laugh or puke first. This is a joke on so many levels.

  • What a crock of shit. Improper form. No real knowledge on KBs. What an embarrassment to the hardstyle kettlebell culture. Never trust KB instruction from someone who is not an RKC certified instructor. This hurts to watch.

  • @jacisparrow who cares -- they look nice

  • Ok. Apes, great job on the video. I know it is old school, but kettle are a great way to kick off an increase in your metabolism. Great jump start. I know you guys are following up by training that encourages good technique and proper form. Kettle is a grea way to jumpstart the body, but we definetely need to study up before we continue for more than three months of these plyometric techniques...... Old school work out, with a new name.

  • Make sure you you know the technique, before you start having people sling weight around.

  • Those people are utterly clueless about kettlebells and totally arrogant to present themselves as experts. Worst swings I have ever seen. Lots of lip service about hip action but none actually demonstrated.

  • Well, you're wrong, I watch to get instructional clips from the likes of cotter, maxwell and diluglio. It's a valuable resource.

  • Anyone watching videos on YouTube is NOT anyone who gives a shit about fitness! Get with the times, people! Do you want us to switch back over to PopTub, D'Sillio?

  • obviously the this isnt an ad for the kettlebell, its eyecandy for all those fat lonely people sitting behind their pc's to fap to.

  • Not gives a shit about fitness? Wow, you obviously lost your grip of reality. Now, I don't give much about fitness but I know people who do and watch videos here.

  • Seriously dude, I don't care what you think. If you don't agree with me, then fine. But don't talk crap just because, cause I seriously hate people who start flaming for the fact that they are just looking for attention.

  • Uh... I don't care if you care about what I think. Look, you didn't just state your opinion. You made it sound like no fit people at all watch videos on youtube, and since I actually know people who are fit and watch videos here I have to disagree.

I don't need attention. If anything I would get attention from you right? Otherwise I would have just have made a comment saying that "you're stupid" or something similiar, that way I wouldn't have to deal with you.

  • You're an idiot.

  • FUCK YOU. What kind of dickhead responds to a comment made over three months ago, anyway? You're a fucking idiot for replying to something that's old.

  • Haha.

  • Haha.

  • Dude. You really are stupid aren't you? Mcheetah. That isn't even funny, Mr. Future Hollywood Guy.

  • Love my Kettlebell! Its great. Keeping it controlled during the swinging motions engages all my muscles and gives me cardio at the same time!

  • really copied my video.... look my channel video almost the same

  • you could easily knock the person beside you out if you let go ahahhaha.

  • if you really want to lose weight and get into shape go to: combatingfat.blogspot, com

  • also wo die Männer bei dem Video hinschaun, brauch nich extra erwähnt werden... ^^

  • Sounds like a scam to me.

  • I have a fever... and the only prescription is... more kettlebell!

  • lol

  • word.

  • busty babes.

  • needs more cowbell and less kettlebell

  • I wanna bang all 3 of those girls while holding a Kettlebell!

  • Amy, can I see your tits?

  • Can I just eat listen to rockabilly intro music and eat kettlecorn to achieve the same effect?

  • As a former personal trainer, and a kettlebell addict for 2 years now, I can tell you they are no fad. Over the last 20 years of fitness I have injured just about everything at one time or another- torn bicep tendons, knees, lower back problems- you name it. Learning to use kettlebells, one on one with a qualified trainer (I work with Aaron at Equinox in Westwood), will change your life and never once re-aggravate injuries, it will strengthen core - AMAZING! highly recommend for women and men.

  • I agree 100% with JuiceinLA1. Look up kettle bell exercises to improve your physical condition. They can get very heavy +70lbs so to keep you challenged.

  • Kettlebells are just a tool, not a magical device.

  • wow, i wanna bang amy.

  • Because of this video, I went to a Sporting goods store today and bought a kettlebell. I love it! It's fun! Thank-you. : )

  • Hey! Check out 1:16 -Fedor Emelianenko, World's Greatest Heavyweight Martial Arts Fighter!

  • I think I would have more fun exercising if I could find a class in my town, instead of getting lost when trying to follow a DVD. This video made it look like a lot of fun.

  • Yeah, for me it's about th environment I'm in. If I'm at home, I know I'm just gonna bust out the buttery goodness of popcorn and watch a movie. But when I'm at the gym, i work out. Period.

  • The kettlebells aren't important. What makes these ladies look so good is that they are exercising; and using a light freeweight helps. You can do pretty much everything here with a standard dumbbell. You don't need a gimmick to get in shape. This video is more of a free plug than anything else. But the exercises are legit. Any weight will do; it doesn't need to be a kettlebell.

  • Not true at all. I trained with free weights, running and machines for most of my life (6 days a week) A kettlebell workout is completely different. the "lifting" isnt the focus- its cardio core training with progressively heavier weights. I actually lost inches (3 around my waist alone- I lost 1/2 inch from my calves- UNHEARD OF!) in the first 4 months, while getting stronger than I had ever been. perhaps this class isn't the best example of a tough KB workout, but trust me they are amazing.

  • Did Mahalodaily get paid for this commercial? :P

  • wow it looks almost fun o:

  • Go Leah!

  • which proves that russians are the best ! fitest ! people in the world !!!!!!!

  • A work out with 3 gorgeous beauties? I'm in!

  • freeweights do work.

  • work it leah work it :)

  • That sounds like fun

  • Knowing my luck. I would release the kettlebell by mistake and knock out the person in front of me.

  • I wonder how many fatalities they already had. That windmill sort of motion with the kettlebell looks pretty dangerous.

  • damn i would titty fuk leah

  • anyone else only *watch* the video?

    *cough cough*

  • oh wow!

    lol

    u nasty

  • Imagine a guy doing that exercise where you swing it between your legs and your arms are a bit short :P

  • Hey, love my kettlebell and glad to see them catching on ;) It's a great full body workout!

Just make sure you use proper mechanics and don't hurt your back.

  • Shouldnt Lon Harris have done this instead of Leah?

  • LOL!

    That's messed up.

  • oh my, yes people are kicking into overdrive with the GET FIT! campaign, but it's because its nessicary for us to remain healthy as a society. I can just picture oilhammer04 with a bag of lays, sitting on the couch with a laptop alternating between this and the tv. sorry if I'm negative, but I fear for the future of peoples health.

  • a day without looking at Leah's sweet sweet ass is a day wasted

  • amy dixon

  • Another gimmick to excercise. I wonder how much it costs? Recall those pictures of pioneers? Ever see any fat people among them. America doesn't work so much now, so we have to figure out ways to sweat.

  • What do you mean by "gimmick"? If it will improve the efficiency of my work out, I'm all for it. And it probably costs as much as a couple of dumbbells. And you can't say those are gimmicks, too.

  • first

  • whats the point
