The snake symbolises Babylon, consuming itself, referring to it's selfdestructive character. From what I see, the monkey isn't pushing the diamond, just pointing at it... Maybe it's a reference to the three wise monkeys, or maybe it means nothing. The monkey is just pointing at the diamond (which represents Rastafari), which stands in contrast to the selfdistructing snake (Babylon), as Rastafari is "infinite quality", like a diamond, thus, the album title: infinite quality. I hope I was of help.
