  • I did not know that about potassium, I will definitely start to do this.

I also heard if it's hereditary there is not much you can do, is this true?

Also can continuous allergic symptoms to the eyes cause bags over years and years?

Is there anything you can use over night?

Sorry I just found this VERY helpful. Thank you for posting this and those other helpful videos!

  • @hemal362 The tips are in general for dark circles. Everyone is a little different of course, but tips like these can help many. Do you have any suggestions?

  • I looking to have surgery to remove my Hereditary under eye bags.

I am wondering how much it would this type of surgery cost?

  • @greatshebear I'm not sure. Perhaps you can find a surgeon and call their office for a quote? The American Society of Plastic Surgeons has a website with a tab to find a surgeon.

  • Don't miss the first video "What Causes Dark Circles Under Your Eyes?".

  • @gforce83

    1. Cream concealers are best (ones that don't become dry or caky)

    2. Pick the color that lightens your skin without looking too bright (the staff at the makeup counter can help pick the best one for you).

    3. Look for ones that say "brightener" because they can help reflect light

    4. Apply under your foundation to blend in well.

    5. Other add-in ingredients such as antioxidants don't matter

  • @eebonics

Yes, I'm sure most people thought the preparation H trick was the secret. But truthfully, concealer is the best remedy of all (and the one they all use). Thanks for writing!

  • What is a eye concealer, what does it containt

  • @gforce83 Just makeup that covers-up the dark circles. There isn't any specific ingredient that I know of. Does anyone else know of a good ingredient for eye concealer?

  • @dermtv

British company Boots organic brand very affordable price at Target

  • I thought your celebrity secret would be preparation H for those eyebags! But concealer...thanks for being honest!

  • @eebonics I hear preperation H can also work! And caffeine (like in tea) soaks up then reduces many things! :P I must try the tea one for my circles! xP

  • @osuushiza8 yes I use preparation H with minimal reduction, but honestly concealer-- especially a salmon colored or orange toned concealer work miracles for color correcting the purple undereye dark circles

  • @eebonics Great tip, thanks!

  • @osuushiza8 Preparation H, like caffeine, causes restriction in the blood vessels, which can reduce puffiness and circles for some people. It's not FDA approved for that though, of course!

  • @dermtv IDK if it's me or if many FDA approved things have more chemical ingredients than natural, but most of the natural things are off the market! :/ It seems that way.
