Glad ThinkGeek passed on this one, because it would have been copyright infringement. Probably still is for whoever is carrying it; this is likely a bootleg, though a particularly well-made one at that.

this is my guess as to what the instructions are supposed to say:

Flip the switch to the "on" position and insert the coin to start the game.

After a few seconds, the lights on the unit will begin to blink randomly until one target remains lit.

Shoot the target and you will earn points depending on how quickly you shoot the target (or depending on the color of the target).

If you take too long to hit a target, the game will end.

This game can be used as a great stress-reliever.

...or so I think.
