(But you guy do have a garage we don't have) Walk through your favorite Sam's/Price/whatever Bulk Purchase Club and check out the bulk items that you don't get now because they are hard to store. Take your tape measure. You have an opportunity that does not come along often, a cleared out closet.
We did that too! And my laundry room is just as messy. It is sort of oomforting that others are just as disorganized as we are. For the shelving in the old laundry room -- we waited until Elfa shelving was on sale at Container Store. Pricey but worth EVERY PENNY. Have a great Labor Day weekend!!

we have the same ice maker! you have to make sure that little metal bar is in the right position because it will only work one way. one time we forgot to turn it off and when we went to open the freezer all of this ice fell out onto the floor. hilarious, but also a pain. :)

I see lots of electrical outlets. Looks like you've been really busy Brad. Btw, with respect to copper pipe soldering, the secret to getting a really tight bead is in the prep. Just practice; don't give up; you'll eventually get it...
