sorry ashleigh....but you're wrong there...i love celine...but she does occasionally lip sync...and definitely did so for some songs on the taking chances tour...this being one of them...take a look at amateur vids on this tour for this song and you'll see...

the Rosie Odonnel show was a morning show/ and aired live in New York City in the mornings and then showed at 3 or 4 pm in all other cities in the country,- so her look was a more daytime look rather than the evening gown concert hall look-

and as a classy woman, celine changes her look all the time. her sister travels with her everywhere and does her hair and makeup.
