The audio is absolutely from Dublin in 1993. The video is in Boston in 2001. Bono's voice is a lot cleaner in 1993 than 2001. The Boston version you can tell his voice isn't what it used to be....that is until the Vertigo Tour. His voice sounds better than ever now!

The video is from Boston 2001, but that's an acoustic version, this is has Larry and an electric guitar, but isn't the Sydney version, so I'm guessing it's just a mashup of the 1993 Dublin version synced to some video. Either way, it's lovely. Wish they played it on 360 more.

A great song, but i think the live Toronto acoustic (amnesty international) version is even better. Its on YouTube, but i can only ever find a short version of it. I ended up buying the CD with the track on as a filler track ('Walk on' CD single).... Its awesome.

Agree, Agree, Agree, this is right up there as the best live STAY. Everything in this version is just so amazing, bonos voice, edges voice, the band, but what really stands out IMO is the part when bono stops singing and the crowd enters, I love how the crowd continues to sing even when bono starts singing the ending lines of the song! It almost sounds as if it were planted there on purpose! That part always gets to me! LOVE IT!
